Applied Tissue Technologies was issued yet another patent for their new next generation negative pressure device. The device eliminates the use of an intermediary layer such as foam or gauze with the use of an innovative and proprietary design utilizing microstructures. The elimination of the intermediary layer also enables precision delivery of concentrated topical wound treatments and allows for simplified device construction and negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) treatment administration.

The addition of this patent adds further strength to Applied Tissue Technologies’ family of global patents and trademark protections.
