This article details the use of Xpansion and micrografting on an Iraqi civilian who sufferred burns in the Iraq war on more than 50% of his body and went on to pursue a normal life. (TBSA) Xpansion and the micrografting technique were combined with a large application “VAC” negative pressure dressing to accelerate healing.
